Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order with Safe-Era. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1) Taxes

All applicable taxes, including GST, will be charged extra as per government regulations.

2) Order Processing

Your order will be processed upon receiving a confirmed copy of your Purchase Order. This can be sent via email or post.

3) Payment Policy & Processing

All payments for orders placed with Safe-Era will be processed in accordance with our established company policies and norms, ensuring transparent and timely transactions.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), Demand Draft (DD), and Cheque.
Beneficiary: All Demand Drafts (DD) and Cheques should be drawn in favour of “SAFE-ERA” or “SATVINDER SINGH GALHOTRA”.

Payment Terms:

For Online Orders (Website/E-Catalogue) & General Retail Customers: Full payment is required in advance before the order is processed and dispatched.
For Bulk Orders, Industries & Corporate Clients:
- Upon receipt of your confirmed Work Order, material will be supplied along with the corresponding invoice for entry and record-keeping purposes.
- Our standard payment norm for such orders is “Net 30 days” (i.e., full payment expected within 30 days from the date of material delivery and invoicing). This timeline ensures efficient processing and adherence to our financial cycles, including timely GST payments.
- Any deviation from this standard term must be mutually agreed upon and clearly documented in the Purchase Order or Invoice.
Order Processing & Dispatch: Orders will be processed and dispatched as per the respective payment terms and confirmation of the Purchase Order (for B2B) or full advance payment (for online/retail).
Payment Verification: All payments are subject to verification and clearance by our bank. In case of any payment discrepancies or issues, kindly contact our accounts department immediately for resolution.

4) Dispatch Time

After receiving your confirmed order and payment (if applicable), goods will typically be dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery can generally be expected at your address within 3 to 4 business days from the date of dispatch.

5) Shipping Charges

For orders below the Free Delivery Threshold (refer to Section 6), transportation or shipping charges will be extra, based on actual cost.
For orders above the Free Delivery Threshold, standard delivery will be free of charge within India.

6) Free Delivery Thresholds

For Online Orders & General Retail Customers: Free delivery is applicable for orders with a total value of Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) or more.
For Bulk Orders, Industries & Corporate Clients: Free delivery is applicable only for orders with a total value of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) or more. For orders below this threshold, delivery charges will be extra, as per actual cost.

7) Delivery for Outside Nagpur

For orders outside Nagpur city, the material will typically be delivered within 3 to 4 business days from dispatch. Please ensure you provide the correct postal address, PIN code, recipient’s name, and mobile number for smooth delivery.

8) Packing Charges

Packing charges will be borne by us.

9) Price Validity

All quoted rates are valid for a period of six months from the date of quotation.

10) Delivery Responsibility

Any delay caused by the transporter is not our responsibility. We will, however, assist in tracking your consignment.

11) Stock Availability

All materials are generally readily available in stock. In case of any specific item being out of stock, we will inform you immediately. Some Products are sent to production on order basis.

12) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.

13) Changes to These Terms

Safe-Era reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or placing orders following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
