With over 27 years of hands-on expertise in design, visual communications, and retail operations, Satvinder Singh Galhotra is not just an entrepreneur—he is a dedicated creator who understands the exact pulse of visual art and industrial printing.
The Creative Mind Behind Safe-Era
Following his graduation in 1996, Mr. Galhotra completed advanced professional multimedia and graphic design programs in Delhi and Hyderabad. Combining formal design mastery with a lifelong passion for hand-sketching, he founded Safe-Era in 1999.
Every poster, sticker, and signage conceptualized under Safe-Era passes directly through his hands. His strict quality philosophy—the “Sharpness Test”—ensures that every piece of safety literature produced guarantees razor-sharp visual clarity and maximum impact on the shop floor.
Global Exposure & The Strategic Reset (2022–2025)
Believing that true expertise requires continuous evolution, Mr. Galhotra undertook a deliberate two-year international immersion in Canada (2022–2025) to study global retail systems, high-volume inventory workflows, and world-class customer service standards firsthand at Shoppers Drug Mart.
