1) Shipping Charges & Free Delivery

Online Website Orders:

• FREE Shipping Pan-India on all orders worth ₹1,500/- or more.
• For orders under ₹1,500/-, flat/actual shipping charges will be applied at checkout.

Bulk & Corporate Orders (Offline):

• FREE Delivery on industrial and bulk orders valued at ₹25,000/- or above.
• For orders below ₹25,000/-, shipping charges will be calculated on actual weight/transporter rates.

2) Order Dispatch & Processing Time

• Ready-Stock Items: Orders for standard products are processed and dispatched within the same day or next day after payment confirmation.
• Custom & Made-to-Order Prints: Products requiring custom sizing, specific material framing, or bulk production may take 2 to 4 business days before dispatch. You will be kept updated regarding the timeline.

3) Transit & Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched from our facility in Nagpur, estimated delivery times are:

• Within Nagpur: Same day or next-day delivery (via local logistics or pickup).
• Rest of India: 3 to 4 business days depending on your location and regional logistics connectivity.

4) Tracking Your Shipment

• Tracking Details via SMS/WhatsApp: Once your order is dispatched via India Post (Speed Post), we will share your Tracking / Consignment Number (Article Tracking ID) along with a direct tracking link via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.
• Track via Our Website: You can visit our “Track Order” page, enter your Speed Post Tracking ID, and click to track your consignment live on the official India Post portal.

5) Packaging & Safe Delivery

• Damaged in Transit Protection: All items (acrylic signs, vinyl stickers, framed posters) are securely packaged with protective wrapping to prevent transit damage.
• Damage Guarantee: In the rare event that your product arrives damaged during shipping, please take a photo/video upon unboxing and contact our support team within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement promptly.

6) Delivery Address & Contact Details

To ensure uninterrupted delivery, please make sure your shipping address includes complete details along with the correct PIN code, contact person name, and an active mobile number.
