Overview

At Safe-Era, we pride ourselves on the quality of our safety posters, stickers, and other awareness products. Our commitment is to provide meticulously crafted and accurately delivered items. We understand that for online purchases, a clear return policy is essential.

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. This shorter window helps us manage the perishable nature of printed goods.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange (for B2C Customers)

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Defective or Damaged upon arrival: We only accept returns or offer exchanges for items that are received in a defective or damaged condition, directly attributable to manufacturing fault or transit damage. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized Orders: Items that have been custom-designed or personalized specifically for your order are generally non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Bulk / B2B Orders: Due to the nature and scale of B2B orders, all sales are considered final unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate contract or if the items are found to be defective or damaged upon delivery. Any returns for B2B orders must be pre-approved by Safe-Era.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Required for Return: To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., your order confirmation email).

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your eligible return is received and inspected for damage or defect, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on our inspection.

If your refund is approved:

  • For defective or damaged items, we will offer a replacement first.
  • If a replacement is not possible or not desired, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received an approved refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account again.
  2. Then, contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some processing time before a refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at safeera75@gmail.com.

Exchanges (for B2C Customers) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please send us an email at safeera75@gmail.com with details and photos of the defect/damage. We will then guide you on the return process and provide the address to send your item to.

Shipping Returns

  • To return your product, you will be provided with the return address after your return request is approved.
  • For Defective/Damaged Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., manufacturing defect or transit damage), Safe-Era will bear the return shipping costs or arrange for pickup.
  • For Other Approved Returns (rare): If a return is approved for reasons other than defect/damage, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for return shipments, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
